Starters (“antipasti”): mixed small toasts (“crostini”) with Truffles and traditional hams, salami and other Umbrian and Tuscan deli meats, served with our homemade bread.
Second Course, choice between: Beef flank steak (“tagliata”) with Summer Truffles; or Beef flank steak (“tagliata”) with Porcini mushrooms; or Poached Egg on a bed of Zucchini cream sauce with Summer Truffles
Dessert: choice from the menu
Included in the price are: coffee, cover charge and hospitality included; 1 bottle of water for every 2 guests, 1 glass of white wine and 1 glass of red wine per guest.
