“Penna Tartufi” has been a truffle supplier for many years now. We are a shop-restaurant specializing in truffles, truffle products, mushrooms, as well as other high-quality local and regional food and wine. Fresh truffle trade is our main activity. We count on many local truffle hunters from the Upper Tiber Valley in Umbria who provide us with fresh truffles daily throughout the year. In our shop we have beautiful fresh truffle specimens on display. We also sell a wide range of local produce such as traditional cheeses, deli meats, dried sausages, wines, organic honey. We select only food grown in our area by trusted producers who are able to guarantee the quality and the traceability of their produce.
During the Tasting, guests can enjoy a variety of appetizers with cheeses, cured meats and “crostini” with highly-prized truffles from the Upper Tiber Valley, accompanied by a selection of wines from local wineries.

Menu Starters (“antipasti”): mixed small toasts (“crostini”) with Truffles and traditional hams, salami and other Umbrian and Tuscan deli meats, served with our homemade bread. Second Course, choice between: Beef flank steak (“tagliata”) with Summer Truffles; or Beef flank steak (“tagliata”) with Porcini mushrooms; or Poached Egg on a bed of Zucchini cream sauce with Summer Truffles Dessert: choice from the menu Included in the price are: coffee, cover charge and hospitality included; 1 bottle of water for every 2 guests, 1 glass of white wine and 1 glass of red wine per guest. - Opening hours: 1 pm - Guests are requested to book the tasting at least 2 days in advance - Minimum number of participants: 2 - Maximum number of participants: 20
